Declaration

Business shall be under no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to the Goods. Howsoever occurring, if such loss or damage arises, liability can only be restricted if it is reasonable for business to do so.

Payment Period

If the Buyer fails to pay the price upon the arrival of the goods, the Seller shall in any event be entitled to restrict the transfer of goods and to charge an additional Rs200/-

If the seller fails to deliver the Goods at the agreed time (7 Days), the Buyer shall fix to the seller an additional period of time ( 21 days) for performance of delivery, if the seller fails to deliver the Goods at the expiration of the additional period, the Buyer may be exempted to pay for goods.
